I truly felt at home during my one-night solo stay. The highlight was interacting with the exceptionally helpful staff, especially Ms. Alena who made all my requests a breeze. Enjoyed lounging by the pool after a delicious breakfast buffet. Pro tip, keep the key cards away from your phone for easy access!

Air conditioning needed repair upon arrival!!! Not a fan of the odd odor when the AC turned on, likely from the café above!!! Could use better attention to cleanliness on the floors.

Food quality was impressive, with a notable pasta dish, although prices were on the higher side. Location was ideal for shopping and accessing local attractions, making it very convenient.

Upon check-in, I was given a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner and poor plumbing. After voicing my concerns, I was moved to another room that also had issues, including a smaller bed. The noise from the street and nearby karaoke made it impossible to relax, and I couldn't stay in this hotel any longer.

Great stay but lacking a pool

Had a solid one-night layover here. The staff were super nice, and we got a free room upgrade! The room was comfy and pretty soundproof, which was great for catching some Zs. The hotel's in a prime location close to local restaurants and shops. Just wish they had a proper outdoor pool instead of a tiny one on the 10th floor.
